Another short day’s travel today but the reason for this was
to collect the weekend shopping in Wakefield. The original plan was to shop and
then continue to Norbury but by the time we had done it was gone 3pm and it
would be over a couple of hours to Norbury so the decision was to stay here and
move on tomorrow morning.
I’m not sure yet where we will get to tomorrow, probably the
most we can expect is to the junction with the Huddersfield Broad canal at
Cooper Bridge but we will have to see what the day holds.
